 The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. This is a non-refundable fee and does not apply towards tuition.- TUITION PAYMENTS ARE DUE EACH WEEK IN ADVANCE. Payments are to be received by 6 pm Friday for the upcoming week. There is a finance charge of $10.00 for payments received later than 6 pm Monday.
- Tuition payments are placed in the slot in the sign-in table across from the Director’s office.
- If two children from the same family attend the Center, the second child is enrolled at a 10% discount. The discount applies to the lower of the two rates. If a family has three children enrolled in the Center, the 10% discount will be taken from the highest rate.
- A credit of 50% of the normal weekly tuition will be given if your child is absent for an entire scheduled week. If a child attends one or more days of any week, the charge is the full weekly tuition. Parents are asked to give the Center at least 2 weeks notice of an expected absence, such as a vacation.
- Each family is allowed 3 weeks at half tuition per year for family vacations, illnesses, and/or emergencies.
- Lake Harriet Christian Child Care Center requires 2 weeks written notice for any withdrawal, or the parents will be charged as usual. A new registration fee will be required if the child should re-enroll at a later date.
- A late fee will be charged to any parent arriving at the Center after 6 pm. The late fee is $5.00 for every 15 minutes the parent is late. The fee is payable to the staff person at the time of pick-up.
- Lake Harriet Christian Child Care Center will credit your account in the amount of one week’s tuition for each referral of a full-time child to our Center. You will receive a credit of 50% of a normal weekly tuition with the referral of a part-time child. This discount is given after the new enrollee is at LHCCCC for one month. The free or discounted tuition is on one child per referral.
- Families wanting to have a fee advantage may pay 1 year in advance at a 10% discount or 6 months in advance at a 5% discount.
